    1. To view your orders you’ve received go to the orders received section in the Orders menu. On this page, you can search and view all your orders. You can also filter orders by statuses.
    2. To view the order information simply click on the order and you will see the order information panel open from the right of your screen.
    3. To update the order status simply click on the action drop-down on the right-hand side and select an option.
    4. When a buyer selected to collect and ship the item themselves you will need to provide a collection address and confirm the collection date and time.
      1. To do this click on add pickup address in the order info section. You will then see a screen from where you can enter the collection information.
    5. Buyers can make payment via wire transfer and this might sometimes take a few days. We, therefore, request that you reserve the stock in order to fulfil this order. While the payment is pending you will see a Payment Pending sign on the order.
    6. When an order is marked as shipped the seller will have to upload proof of shipment in order to change the order status.
    7. Large Quantity Orders
      Buyers can request a large quantity order if they require more stock than available on Bizuma. When buyers request a large quantity order Bizuma will notify all sellers that sell this product. Sellers then have 48 hours to respond to the order request. Once all sellers have responded or after 48 hours, whichever is first, we will send the buyer a notification with the response that best matches their original request. It is, therefore, important that you provide the most competitive price to secure these orders.

    8. A buyer will make the request for the current listed price but as the seller, you are able to make a counteroffer as you might be able to provide a discount on larger orders.

  2. Orders Placed

    1. To view the orders you placed, go to the orders placed under orders in the left menu bar. On this page, you can search and view all your orders. You can also filter orders by statuses.
    2. To view the order information simply click on the order and you will see the order information panel open from the right of your screen.
    3. To update the order status simply click on the action drop-down on the right-hand side.

If you’ve selected to arrange your own shipping for an order, the seller will send you the collection address with a collection date and time. 

    1. Please ensure that wire transfer payments are received by Bizuma within 3 working days.
    2. When placing a large quantity order a responding seller will be able to send you a counteroffer where they can change the price or collection date. It is, therefore, important to check the order information before you checkout.
    3. To accept or decline a counteroffer select the option from the action drop-down.
    4. Once both you and the seller have agreed to the terms of the large quantity order you can proceed to make a wire transfer. To continue with the order you can simply click on "confirm transfer" from the action drop-down and either confirm without proof or upload proof of payment.
